Wheeee! I love the Auto Show!
Hello and Happy Monday!
It's a holiday weekend, so there's not too much going on, plus I have my mom in town... so we're laying low.. but we had an exciting Saturday at the Car Show!
I am a complete and total freak about cool cars.. actually, about great trucks. So, it should be no surprise that we were front and center at the Miami Auto Show on Saturday at Camp Jeep. So freaking cool!! I mean, the powder-blue lamborghini was nice, and so was the gorgeous Bentley Convertible.. but the army green Jeep Gladiator? Wow. Now that's fun.
Do you see this truck?? It's a flatbed jeep with the spare on the side.. it's not out until 2007 but somehow I think that yours truly may have to get one. I mean, the mini is cute and all, but you could put the mini in the back of this truck (or run it over!) and not even notice!
It also runs on diesel.. which is better for the environment... and hopefully as it's a concept car it wil actually run on BIODIESEL or ETHANOYL. (Please try to buy a car that runs on an alternate fuel source. Save our planet. Thanks!)
Camp Jeep (www.jeep.com/autoshow) is SO GREAT! You wait in line for a minute and then you jump in a car with a professional stunt driver and that's when the fun starts.. as in, you are driving sideways. And up a 35 degree angle. Then, into water and over tree stumps. If you have an autoshow coming your way then I highly recommend it... it's way more fun than just standing outside the ropes looking at the other cars, or getting in one to pretend you're moving..! The people at Jeep have always been creative, but the past year they are pulling it together!

And finally, a little shout out to our favorite Jeep... the Orange Wrangler that lives in our driveway. She definitely has not been getting enough love, but she is perfect. And, like many beautiful things in Miami, she's for sale!
We love Wranglers. And now we love Gladiators. Have a Happy Monday!
