Wheee! today is one of my favorite days.. a shopping day 
We have a new member of strategic patterning from Limited Brands in NY, the lovely Kristy. She's never been to Miami, so I get to play hostess with the mostest and give a lovely shopping tour of Miami and Miami Beach!
We're starting at JC Penny's at Aventura... I know.. NOT very fashionable, or so we thought- actually, they're launching mini-Sephoras in the stores. Money, money, consumerism, branding.. all in a days work for the marketing geniuses that dictate the fashion world. Well, at least it's fun and smells good to visit Sephora. Though if any of those perfume people try to spray me, we may have a little issue!
Then, off to Bal Harbour, Biscayne, and, finally South Beach...

Kent was a wonderful host as always and we had a delicious dinner, fabulous conversation, and figs for dessert.
