When I did some more research on the internet on hybrid fruits, I actually found it pretty interesting! The term genetically modified = scary. Hybrid = not so scary. I think. Now, don't you go and think that just because you buy your food at Gourment Garage, or Wild Oats, Whole Foods, or Trader Joe's, that your fruits and vegetables have not been touched by these changes.. just educate yourself, and enjoy!!
