And what have YOU done for the world today?
Wow... so now adays, it's practically chic to help your fellow earthling. Amazingly enough, the trend has been to be chritable, a philanthropist.. to help those unfortunate people who didn't have the privilege to be born in the USA or UK. (ahem!).
But, seriously... I think this is amazing, and I only hope that the many people who have been working towards making a change will continue to be supported and respected for their work. I, for one, know that I don't do enough.. and though I'm always trying to be nice to my fellow Miamian (which, in an of itself, should sometimes be consiere charitable work!), there's so much more that each and every one of us can do.
Anyhow, I'm on this topic because I've been watching Bob Geldof's "Africa" on the Travel Channel. It's pretty amazing! As I've never travelled through Africa (unless you count a quick layover in Casablanca and Tunisia!), I"m completely intrigued. And, one day, I"ll be posting pictures here of my travels.

Of course, you could always support Africa through travelling... and they have some gorgeous hotels! Tanzania is featured in the NY Times...
