NEW York will have its first Food Network NYC Wine & Food Festival in October 2007. Eric Ripert, Emeril Lagasse, Jeffrey Chodorow and Food & Wine Editor Dana Cowin were on hand when the announcement was made yesterday at the Food Network studio
