Today I received an email from a friend of Britt, a fabulous PR girl named Alexis, who has a company called Roc-Away PR.
She sent me this link to this amazing website, which is totally great and everyone should check it out!
Tom's Shoes is based on the basic espadrilles of Argentina..which, as most of you know, I am verrry familiar with because of our frequent trips to BA and they are all over my house!
Anyhow, Blake (the creator) went there, and inspired by the crazy poverty levels, started Tom's Shoes, which produces the Argentine-style Espadrille- with a stronger sole- and for every pair you buy- a pair is donated to a person in need in Buenos Aires.
So, DO it, already!! The shoes are completely affordable as well as totally cute- for boys AND girls... check it out!
