Happy Monday!
Sara flew in this weekend to bring Chris his dog Ben, from MAine. Yay! More time for me with my friend! Anyhow it was really fantastic to see her, and she was solo! No Sophie, just Sara... and we loooove our little Sophie, but sometimes it's nice to have alone time
Apparently it was cute guy weekend in South Beach, because we saw lots of them! This is great, since all of my girlfriends are about to be single soon... they say... so much easier to talk about leaving someone than actually DOING it, don't you think?
Soo... I"m going to change the direction of this site a little, and mix in a little more Caroline with the news.. and that includes details on our personal lives. Are you ready??
On to some other news, Cafeteria is officially in the Food and Wine Festival, so you will see yours truly at the Cafeteria table.. oh, and probably wandering around checking out allll the other tables.
Speaking of food, today is day one of the Master Cleanse.... wheee!! Molly is going to start it with me. Tim just did this last week and apparently was able to stick with it for 6 days- that's awesome! So, dear readers, as I write this, I am about to run over to the kitchen and drink 32 oz of the "saline wash" (actually, 32 oz with 2 tbs of sea salt) and some Senna Leaf tea. Then, I'm gong to make some "lemondaide" from Lemon Juice, water (der) , maple syrup and - my favorite- cayenne pepper. Oh GOD!
Will I be able to survive this? Will I try to kill Kenny if he eats in front of me? WIll I never want to see a lemon again? Time will tell... !
