Rome is so awesome.
Last night was the first show of the new season of ROME on HBO. Whoa. This show totally rocks. We've just discovered "on Demand" on the website, so we caught up on Rome over the past few weeks. I had started watching it two summers ago when I basically camped out at Tom and Tim's apt in NY. I watched it with my friend Sean (hi Sean!), who was staying there after Hurricane Katrina had cut short his year at Tulane.
The show is full of everything you want to see:
sex
violence
nudity
and... my favorite:
adult situations!!
The show focuses on Rome during and after Ceaser's reign.. and it focuses on the scheming and murdering that seem to be the base of all politics... but, somehow, they make it sexy... and sad... and amazing.
