Fur or no Fur? Does it count if it's vintage?
This is an issue up for debate. You all know I'm not a fan of new, present-day fur. Unless you live in Russia or Northern Canada... but, I DO have some vintage fur coats that I love.. but I feel a bit guilty wearing them! So, what's a girl to do? Fortunately, I live in Miami, so it's not a major issue for me, anyway... but here's a little blurb on the issue at the First Post. What do YOU think?
When fur is fun
You could argue that vintage fur is more ethically sound than the fake variety. After all it's recycled, hasn't used up any fresh resources, and the animal in question has long since gone to the hunting grounds of its fathers. That's the line these girls are taking anyway, and jolly nice they look too.
