GEORGE Michael is plotting a spectacular comeback for his 80s pop duo Wham! at the new Wembley.

The star, 43, and pal Andrew Ridgeley, 41, have held talks over a one-off show - 21 years after their farewell gig at the venue.

A source at the 90,000-seat stadium, finally due to be completed by summer, said yesterday: "It would be a fantastic gig.

"They're still very popular and we think they would fill Wembley out."

George tried to get Andrew to join him on tour last year and said: "I'm going to ask if he could do Last Christmas with me."

He has sold 85 million records as a solo star since their heyday.

But Andrew lives quietly in Cornwall with ex-Bananarama star wife Keren Woodward and son Thomas.

The OTHER GUY from Wham is Married to the girl from BANANRAMA!!!!  They are like, the ultimate 80's couple!!
