From Perez Hilton.. and all over the news.. this poor girl is really losing her mind. Everyone is entitled to shave their head, "cleanse" themselves, whatever.. but seriously, do you need to do it in the public eye??? If she REALLY wanted to clean herself up, she would have stayed at Crossroads (see below), or go to a freaking private island, or SOMETHING. A tattoo parlor in the moddle of L.A.? Not so subtle... but definitely entertaining, and not just a little sad...

Britney Spears is back in Los Angeles after her brief stint in rehab this week and in a bold move of defiance what is the first thing she does????
She shaved off all of her hair and got a new tatoo!
Let's hope this is a symbolic "rebirth" for the troubled young girl, but it was more likely than not an implusive move brought on my some psychotic behavior.
Or she was just completely fucked up!
