Diane Von Furstenberg has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Forever 21, reports Women’s Wear Daily. Legal documents allege Forever 21 has sold dresses that infringe on Von Furstenberg’s Cerisier and Aubrey designs.

The complaint also alleges that the duplication was intentional.
