A MAN was arrested after allegedly trying to rob a bank dressed as a tree.
James Coldwell, 49, taped foliage to his head and demanded cash.
Staff handed over £300 before he fled. But Coldwell was later identified by CCTV pictures at the Citizen Bank in Manchester, New Hampshire.
US police recognised his short, dark hair and moustache despite being shrouded in leaves.
Police sergeant Ernie Goodno said: "He really went out on a limb."
Coldwell is due in court later charged with robbery
