umm.. do you think Johnny cash WANTS a pardon?
welll.. I"m not a Johnny Cash expert or anything, but I thought that his arrest gave him inspiration as well as a validity that he wanted... what do you think? Does he really need a pardon?

LATE country music legend Johnny Cash could be pardoned more than 40 years after he was arrested for drunkenness.
Residents of Starkville, Mississippi, are planning to hold a festival in Cash's honour in November.
They hope it will include a ceremonial pardon, issued to Cash's family by city officials.
Cash, who died in 2003, was arrested in Starkville in 1965 while walking to a shop after a party.
He later wrote a song about it, Starkville City Jail, and performed it at San Quentin Prison.
