The Ballad of Jack and Rose


Well, no one could ever doubt that Daniel Day-Lewis is an amazing actor.  But every TIME I watch him act, I'm just reminded of this!

I just saw The Ballad of Jack and Rose, a rather amazing commentary on life on a hippie commune, with just the founder and his teenage daughter left behind... It's about love, and family, and living on a beautiful paradise that's slowly driving them into such isolation that they are literally incapable of communicating with anyone else.   I think you should check it out!
