Well, Brazil is just the gift that keeps on giving! This country (5th largest in the world, btw), consistently produces beautiful things.

one of these is the Acai berry... and some brilliant people have figured out how to make it into VODKA!

My friend Ernesto recently turned me on to this vodka... curious? You should be.. i am!

What is the Acai berry?

Well, the Acai berry is from Brazil and is one of the most powerful anti-oxidants in the world. I have to say, I've had the Acai berry by itself, and I like it a little more when it's mixed with other juices...it's potent! (But very, very good for you!)

And now...

we have Veev Vodka, made from the Acai Berry!

They've just launched in South Florida AND they've pledged to give $1.00 a bottle to help maintain sustainability....
