FIKA Swedish Cafe & Restaurant
This is a place that Trent has been dying to go to for a while, so we went to check it out last week on our little date night. What fun! The waitress was super cute and the menu was lovely.. I even had mackerel, wheee!
They serve most of their food on wooden planks, and it's super yummy. I had the salmon and Trent had the Swedish meatballs! (Trent has actually been to Sweden AND to ikea and put these between the two- but, to be fair, he is a bit of a meatball connoisseur...). And the Swedish snaps selections were totally YUM!
