Wow!
HBO is consistently producing great shows- they don't really have the same issues that major networks seem to face.
I happen to love the Alexander McCall Smith series "The Number One Ladies' Detective Agency" and I am excited to see this series!

If you haven't read the books, go to your library and check them out- the series isn't just about determination and adventure, but also about love and life.  And it's all set in Africa... beautiful.
