Well, it's always nice when new businesses open up in South Beach.  We want to encourage the rise of industry in Miami, no?  One of my dear friends sent me info about this restaurant- so, although I haven't been it does come recommended!

Most interesting is that the building it's in has been empty for quite some time, even though it's in a totally awesome location!  It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It's the invasion of the French fabulous food in South Beach!  First, the Webster, and now, Au Pied de Cochon!
