NY 9: Anna Sui for Target: Limited Edition RECYCLED Billboard Tote Bags!

Anna Sui's Limited-Edition Billboard Totes- up for Fashion week NY, called the NY9 series.

The billboards are designed by "emerging artists" and, once the actual billboards are taken down, they are recycled into tote bags! Well... what DID you think happened to those billboards when they were taken down?
