Well, I was wandering around the West Village in NYC on Thursday and I was super excited to run into an old friend from Miami, Mitchell Collier!  Mitchell moved to LA with his best friend Cam a few years ago to start an eco-friendly, organic catering business- from the back of a truck!
Now, Green Truck on the go has explanded and they not only have TEN trucks in LA, but they're in NY and will be in Miami in November, as well!
I am so excited for Mitchell and his company- you should absolutely grab some of the amazing food if you can find one of these trucks around- and enjoy your organic meal, made with much love!
