Diablo Coty + Sweet Valley High = MY total 80's dream come true!

One Christmas, I asked for the entire Sweet Valley High collection. I read like crazy, and I was a bit obsessed with the series about the beautiful California girls, Elizabeth and Jessica, and all of their adventures. Well, Christmas eve arrived, and there was THE BOX that I was convinced held the key to days and days of reading. I shook it. I opened it.
It was a Kachina Doll that my Grandmother made for me!
Now that I'm an adult- I certainly see the value of the Kachina doll over the books, but.. ahem... I would have loved those books, also.
And now? We're going to have a crazy, modern twist on this 80's classic, as Diablo Cody- writer of Juno, and Jennifer's Body- will be writing the screenplay! Yipee!
