Last summer in Maine, I was super excited to find a pair of vintage Swedish clogs at an antique store.. in fact, I ended up writing an entry about painted clogs that I found on Etsy.  Meanwhile, across the world, someone in France was making a pair of clogs for Karl Lagerfeld.  hee hee.

I really thought that I would be the only person wearing clogs... at least my painted clogs!

But, for Spring 2010,  Louis Vuitton and Chanel have both shown clogs on the runway!  I know it's cold right now, but this is the time to shop, if you want to rock this trend- and my recommendation?  If you can't imagine paying $1200 for a pair of clogs, then check out Etsy and eBay.  And I'll meet you for a yodeling session!

I'm feeling fun today, so I'll link you to a pair that I found with a quick Internet search (since I just managed to clear out EIGHT boxes of clothes from my closet, I am not shopping for a while or I would buy these myself!!
