food is good.  It nourishes you, it keeps you from getting too grumpy, and it's fun to cook!
We rarely go out to eat anymore, primarily because I really just want to know what I'm putting in my body- and, when you go to a restaurant, you don't really know exactly what you're going to get.
This isn't to say that I'm never going out to gorgeous meals again- on the contrary, I love to explore cities and have the local food!  But, at home in Miami, it's a lot of cooking at home.
So why not make it fun?
