Do you like the Spanish reference?  It's a throwback to Miami.  You'll see a lot of those as I adjust to living life, Dutch style!
We went to the market on Wednesday for our shopping- this is basically where everyone goes to buy all of their produce, meats, fish, etc.  It's amazing, it's inexpensive, and it is ALL local.  Isn't it amazing?  I just completely expect to glow all day long as the pesticides from the US vegetables finally leave my body.  Yay!

Soooo... here's what it look like to shop for Eggs (ei) at the market!  (This may seem typical to some people, but trust me when I tell you that this is unusual for us American city dwellers!)  Omelettes, anyone?
