Bazar Bizar in Oud Charlois, Rotterdam! A festival of Arts & Music, outside our door!

I have been traveling so much that I was worried I would miss this amazing little festival this weekend.  Luckily, I will not- they are outside our window setting up right now!  BIZAR BAZAR is an art and music festival created by the local artists on the street- tons of fun!
